Shipping Policy
We ship product from various distribution points throughout the country in order to deliver parts in a timely manner. All parcel shipping takes place Monday thru Friday with UPS. In stock orders received by 1:30 P.M. Central Standard time will be shipped the same day. Orders that include backordered parts will be held to SHIP COMPLETE. If a partial shipment is requested, additional freight charges may apply. For items weighing over 150 lbs, we offer LTL truck deliveries through a number of different carriers. Customers will be contacted prior to shipping for approval of LTL truck freight charges.
Free Freight Offer
We are pleased to offer free UPS ground shipping for orders over $100 to locations within the contiguous United States. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and outside of the US do not qualify for this offer. While this offer applies to the majority of products, items deemed as oversized by UPS do not qualify. In addition, any items that cannot be shipped with UPS due to size or risk of damage will also not qualify. You may contact ISC via e-mail or phone if you question whether the item you need is included under the Free Freight Program. We will do everything possible to give customers the benefit of the doubt in these instances, though we reserve the right not to sell any product at a loss.
